Hello Vendors and Business Owners. 🌻
One of the joys of herb gatherings is the opportunity to mix and mingle and see what kinds of things people are making and selling in the herbal and healing market.
We are looking for vendors who specialize in making high quality, handmade herbal products, grow plants, make tea cups and pots, and other things that relate to healing rooted in nature. We have plenty of room for pollinator friends, wild food enthusiasts, and community members that offer education and community-based events. All applicants will be equally considered for the marketplace at the Wild Indigo Herb Fest.
We expect to have around 160 participants for our first year at Wild Indigo Herb Fest. The Wild Indigo Market at will be open to the participants during meal breaks and between classes and activities.
The Wild Indigo Market will include indoor and outdoor spots. The historic barn at Bellwether Farm will serve as the Wild Indigo market. The barn is 40’ x 64’ so spaces are limited.
The fee for a 10×10 vendor space (for the weekend) is $100.00. Vendors will be responsible for bringing all materials they need to vend, including tables and chairs for set up and if vending outside the barn – tent, sides/tarps, and weights for the tent along with tables and chairs.
Please keep in mind that the weather can be unpredictable in May in Ohio. We hope for warm beautiful weather from Mother Nature; but please come prepared for wind, rain, sun and temperature fluctuations.
Vendor set up will be from 12 AM–3 PM on Friday, May 28th before the the doors open. Vendor teardown begins after the Closing Ceremony.
Please let us know ahead of time if you anticipate needing assistance or if there are special circumstances with set up and tear down.
