Organizing a conference requires many moving parts that do different things. We’ve got a lot covered, but we’re feeling like we could use a volunteer who loves making connections through social media. If that’s you, we will reward you with a volunteer discount to the conference. Get in touch to share your skills and learn more about what we offer.

lodging & meals

Bellwether Farm provides different levels of lodging from camping and parking a bus to rustic (but clean!) bunk houses to private single and double retreat rooms. Plus they offer farm-to-table meals. Registration with costs will be available soon, but in the meantime, check out the descriptions here.

accepting proposals now

We started taking proposals and received several great the ideas for community herbalism, plant walks, and more. Do you have a great idea for mutual aid, medicine making that can be shared with those in need, community herbalism, or folk herbalism? Get your proposals in by September 12 for priority consideration. The form is here on our website.
