Presentation proposals are still coming in and they look amazing.

The deadline for proposals is now extended to September 30 to make room for a few more.

We are focusing on community herbalism, mutual aid, folk herbalism, and medicine making. If you or an herbalist you know fits these categories, take a look or pass on our proposal form.

Those of you who want to support this new endeavor can become Founding Members. Founding Members are early registrants for the main conference, May 28-30. Post-conference intensives will be held on May 31 featuring herbalists who have demonstrated commitment to community herbalism.

Founding Members are people who believe in the mission of providing herbal education in community herbalism and mutual aid. They believe in the intention of creating a space to connect with other community herbalists. They understand the need to retreat from screens, deadlines, and work shifts to spend some time among other plant people. They believe that Wild Indigo Herb Fest is needed and will fill a gap in the herbal world. They believe that Ohio needs a new herbal conference that focuses on folk and community herbalism, mutual aid through herbs, and learning better ways to make and package herbal preparations to share. And they are willing to register in advance to help us get this fledgling event off the ground.
